KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and oversee complex technical projects across a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem; develop roadmaps to technical enablement of the enterprise - Collaborate with operational and technical colleagues to document needs and translate business requirements to improved operational processes and developed IT solutions - Advise stakeholders on software and data projects; monitor their success - Oversee data governance efforts, including maturing the program and developing a broader culture of data stewardship - Serve as a data and reporting subject matter expert, communicating with leaders across the company about the insights and implications of enterprise data and information - Monitor and manage risks and issues; evaluate impacts on IT needs and resourcing - Facilitate operational and technical communication across the company to determine demand for the IT department and IT systems - Produce executive-level written communication to highlight project statuses, operational needs, key decisions, etc… - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to departmental and enterprise performance; identify op...
