We are currently seeking a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Housecalls program, an innovative program that brings providers to the homes of elderly patients in the neighborhood of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and delivers care for those unable to visit our providers onsite. In collaboration with attending physicians, the NP is responsible for the coordination and direct care of patients in an ambulatory geriatrics practice setting.
