Aviva Senior Living is looking for a LPN to join our Assisted Living team of caregivers for one night shift per week (7p-7:30a). Job Duties Include, but are not limited to: Under the direction of a licensed physician, directs and leads the care of Residents using specialized nursing skills related to long term care. Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to Federal/State life safety codes, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice for Long Term Care Nursing as well as legal, regulatory requirements. Reviews and updates care plan, physician orders, MAR/Pharmacy profile and other records to ensure resident needs are met. Analyzes, evaluates, and report the needs of the Residents appropriately. Coordinates, in cooperation with the nursing and facility leadership, ancillary health care and health education services for Residents.
