Description Purpose : As a Talent Sourcing Specialist , you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and engaging top talent across the globe. This position is part of our People & Culture team and operates as a Center of Excellence , providing global sourcing support for multiple regions and product lines. You will act as a brand ambassador , ensuring our employer brand is consistently represented to candidates, external vendors, educational institutions, and talent communities. Your mission is to build strong connections with candidates and hiring managers, deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, and contribute to the company’s success through innovative sourcing strategies. This full time, salaried role is a hybrid position located in Indianapolis, IN, supporting a Global workforce and will report directly to the NDT Global Team Lead, Talent Sourcing.
