About The Role iCapital’s business is growing rapidly, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Quality Control / Platform Operations Support team in Lisbon . This role will be integral to ensuring high operational standards and accurate process execution, particularly in the launch and maintenance of alternative investment products on the iCapital platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a newly established Quality Control Sub-Team responsible for monitoring and verifying the accuracy of our processes, with a primary focus on supporting alternative investment products. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact on quality standards within platform operations, especially within the alternative product space.
