Job Summary: The Supervisor of Phlebotomy and Processing will be responsible for guiding both phlebotomy and lab tech staff by ensuring specimen collection, delivering and processing of laboratory specimens is performed in compliance with federal, state, and regulatory agency standards. They are also responsible for maintaining up to date policies and procedures, efficiently overseeing personnel and technical problems, as well as day to day operations to keep he department functional.
