We are seeking a Property Officer to join our team, playing a hands-on role in managing a diverse portfolio of organisational properties, based in Belconnen, ACT. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Property Officer, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of an allocated portfolio of leased, licensed and owned properties - ensuring they are safe, compliant, well maintained, and fit for service delivery. You’ll coordinate property searches, site openings and closures, maintenance, contractors, security systems, and administration within established frameworks.
