The Associate Manager-Digital Projects serves as the primary liaison between Digital Marketing and Operations, TDS project teams, and external vendors. It supports the scoping, planning, scheduling, and coordination of the Digital teams’ work on cross-functional projects, including managing Digital Marketing tasks delivered by external vendors. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and supporting issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. The Associate Manager-Digital Projects reviews business cases to assess Digital team impact, communicates resource availability, and serves as the initial Marketing resource on project planning teams.
