CDL- Feed Driver (Nights)

Job description

Prestage Farms is seeking a reliable and safety-minded Commercial Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for safely transporting feed to and from the feed mill during night-shift operations. If you’re a responsible driver with a strong work ethic and a Class A CDL, we want to hear from you! This is a local, full-time position averaging 55-60 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Safely transport feed to and from the feed mill - Perform accurate daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections - Maintain cleanliness of tractor and trailer inside and out - Load and unload trucks at assigned destinations - Ensure compartments are clean and tarps are properly secured before loading - Collect required ingredient samples - Accurately complete all delivery forms and return documentation - Follow all company safety rules, policies, and DOT regulations - Adapt to unexpected situations such as traffic delays, weather, or route changes - Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally Requirements: ADA REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk, stoop, bend, climb, repetitive motions, see and distinguish colors, and hear - Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)...
