Overview Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct mental health services and working with elementary and high school school children. This position will work in the Belleville, IL schools and be based out of our Belleville, IL facility. Monday-Friday, 8 hr Daytime shifts based around the schools operating hours. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible. STATE LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM (SLRP)- The SLRP offers up to $50,000 in loan repayment for primarycare providers working in HPSAs in Illinois. We also provide clinical supervision for those wanting licensure. Responsibilities: Provide consumer-driven services as identified in individualized treatment, recovery, and safety plans , ensuring services support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social development. Utilize evidence-based practices , including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and developmentally appropriate interventions based on students’ developmental stages.
