Description JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Regional Program Director, the Regional Leader provides organization-wide leadership in regional program planning, ensuring alignment across strategic and service planning with the Ministry of Health, PHSA, VCH, PHC, and other key partners. The role coordinates and evaluates strategic and operational planning for specific population groups within the VCH and PHC regions.Acts as the strategic liaison across the care continuum, leading others toward advancing provincial, VCH, and PHC program goals. The Regional Leader communicates the organizational visions and fosters collaboration and commitment. Acts as the key representative in working groups and committees to ensure alignment with regional program priorities.Guided by a population-based approach, regional program leadership will align the development, delivery, and evaluation of services to meet the needs of the VCH/PHC population at every life stage, ensuring a high-quality, safe, integrated, and comprehensive continuum of care.
