AI Product Manager 100% Remote (PT/EU time) · Occasional meet-ups in Porto Who we are: Nimber is a boutique tech company that builds products and teams to measure. Low bureaucracy, high impact. The Mission: Take AI agents from Figma to productionand from cool to ROI . Youll own vision, strategy and execution for AI products that automate real work: from intelligent support to back-office flows that speak to CRM/ERP. What youll build: Agents that triage and resolve tickets, create tasks in Jira/Asana, and learn from feedback. Workflows using RAG over living knowledge bases. Orchestration with external tools (e.g., CRM/ERP like Primavera, PHC, Odoo, HubSpot ). Guardrails, observability and evals (golden sets, regression checks) to keep agents predictable. Day-to-day (ownership end-to-end): Define vision, north-star metrics and the roadmap; keep the backlog laser-focused on value. Write sharp PRDs, design MVPs and ruthlessly cut what doesnt move the needle. Instrument and measure results (e.g., % auto-resolution, P95 response time, hallucinations per 1k executions).
