What’s the role?: The Regulatory Operations Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst sits within the RegOps QA team and helps safeguard Etsy’s regulated and marketplace operations by testing the quality of work performed across Seller Verification (SV) and Financial Crimes (FC) workflows. This role is responsible for executing structured QA reviews across queues such as KYC, KYB, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Seller Risk Rating, Enhanced Due Diligence and UBO, assessing adherence to approved policies, SOPs and EPIL, our regulated entity, requirements.
