Job DetailsJob Location: Stanley, WI 54768Position Type: Full TimeThe Store Manager will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Store Manager is to oversee production, profit/sales, associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the entire store. In addition, the Store Manager plays a critical role in ensuring goals and metrics are consistently met throughout each department. As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market leadership team, the Store Manger must demonstrate accountability, strong team management skills and hands-on involvement, both on the floor and with the team.
