Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax Analyst to join the Legrand North America Team based in West Hartford, CT. This position has the flexibility to be either hybrid in West Hartford, CT or remote. This role reports to a Tax Manager and offers exposure across federal, state, and international tax, with opportunities for progression. Responsibilities include income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes, international tax and supporting tax audits and various projects. The tax team are individual thinkers who work in a team-based environment whether in the office or working remotely. What Will You Do?: - Manage assigned subsidiaries throughout the year by communicating directly with their accounting teams. - Review and prepare federal and state standalone and consolidated returns, including assisting with US related international calculations and forms. - Compile and review data for, and assist with, international-related calculations and returns including Foreign Tax Credit, Subpart F, Gilti and E&P, as needed. - Manage state notices and support state audits for assigned subsidiaries, with support. - Support quarterly and annua...
