What You’ll Be Doing: - Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production. - Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain product quality. - Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery. - Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and general plant upkeep. - Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations.
