POSITION SUMMARY: The Materials and Traffic Business Manager will drive continuous improvement across the Materials organization through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and proactive risk management. This role leads a team responsible for developing KPIs, dashboards, and insights that improve cost, service, and operational performance. Working closely with Materials leadership, Customs and Traffic, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, this position identifies performance gaps, implements corrective actions, reduces logistics costs, and strengthens visibility on material risks, while supporting engineering change and obsolescence management processes.
