ROLE PURPOSE: The Cook is responsible for food preparation, finishing and serving meals, maintaining clean and orderly working areas, participating in the development of menu plans, and assisting with inventory control and ordering of supplies. LOCATION: Prince George, British Columbia. STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION: Union. This position is open to applicants of all genders. HOURS: The casual position candidate should be able to confirm availability for 21 shifts (7 days) per month (7 overnight), or 15 shifts (5 days) per month (5 overnight) - if holding a FT job or student. Note: The actual number of shifts will depend on Organizational needs.
