Overview As Program Manager, you will lead the execution of high-priority, internal initiatives that are critical to the organization’s strategic and operational success. This role is designed for a seasoned project leader who brings strong business acumen, organizational awareness, and executive judgment to complex, cross-functional work. This role emphasizes understanding the business—how decisions are made, how teams operate, and where tradeoffs matter most—and using that knowledge to drive effective execution of the assigned initiatives. The Program Manager is a builder and a doer, translating strategy into action, aligning stakeholders, and ensures initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes. Starting base pay for this role is between $111,000 and $139,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
