Superintendent – Direct Hire Opportunity Location: Nationwide Travel Required: Direct Hire with Superior Skilled Trades About the Role: Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee all aspects of field construction activities for complex projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The Superintendent will be responsible for directing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining open communication with clients, engineers, and project managers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field leader who takes pride in managing crews, driving productivity, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from groundbreaking to closeout.
