Job DetailsJob Location: Redwood City, CA 94065Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $27.50 - $34.80 HourlyAccount Service Rep III (Redwood City, CA) JOB SUMMARY: The Account Services Representative III will have a solid understanding of all credit union products and services. They will be responsible for providing primary organization-wide support for wire transfers, ACH, IRAs, trust and deceased accounts. They will assist management in providing training and serve as the subject matter expert on such accounts. They will be the "go-to-person" for questions or issues related to these products and services. They will remain current on applicable laws, regulations and updates regarding IRA's Trust and Deceased accounts.
