PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Oracle Cloud Application Developer IV is responsible for designing and developing complex, scalable applications and integrations that support Oracle HCM Cloud and related platforms. This position drives innovation and influences technology strategy, mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture, while providing technical leadership and guiding the team in best practices and emerging technologies.
