Benefits: Portland Lil’ Kickers is looking for high-energy Assistant Coordinators / Lead Coaches who can both coach and help run the daily operations of our program. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced soccer setting, enjoys working with children of all ages, and wants to help shape both the culture and consistency of our programs. This is a hybrid coaching + operations role with a strong presence on the field and in daily program execution.
