LDAR Site Supervisor (Leak Detection and Repair) Also Known As / Secondary Titles: LDAR Program Supervisor – Refinery Environmental Compliance, Environmental Compliance Supervisor, LDAR & Environmental Programs Supervisor PROtect is looking for an experienced LDAR Supervisor to lead Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON) programs at a major refinery site in Norco. LA. This role is ideal for a seasoned LDAR professional who enjoys leading field teams, solving technical challenges, and ensuring environmental compliance for complex industrial operations. As an LDAR Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day LDAR and BWON activities, mentor technicians, support compliance programs, and work closely with customers and internal leadership to deliver high-quality environmental services.
