Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron Venezuela is accepting online applications for the position of Engineering & Construction (E&C) Manager The Upgrader Engineering & Construction (E&C) Manager is accountable for the safe, reliable, and cost effective development and execution of downstream capital projects at the PetroPiar Upgrader, a joint venture between PDVSA and Chevron located at the Jose Industrial Complex in Venezuela. This role leads the upgrader capital projects portfolio, primarily covering CPDEP Phases 3 (FEED) and 4 (Execution), with an annual capital portfolio typically ranging from $15–30 MM and individual projects valued between $1–20 MM. The position provides leadership to an integrated organization of company engineers and construction professionals and a large managed contractor workforce. Operating within a JV environment, the role integrates Chevron Capital Stewardship, CPDEP, and Operational Excellence (OE) expectations with PDVSA capital project practices to deliver safe, compliant, and high value outcomes that support reliable upgrader operations.
