POSITION: Compliance and Operations Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Concessions Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt THE ROLE: The Compliance and Operations Officer supports event-day execution by overseeing employee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring alcohol compliance standards are upheld, and assisting with post-event financial reconciliation. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive workforce experience in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Event Check-In & Workforce Coordination: - Facilitate employee check-in at the beginning of events by directing staff, verifying assignments, and answering questions - Manage and coordinate check-in processes for nonprofit (NPO) groups - Ensure accurate attendance tracking and proper documentation of hours worked - Provide real-time support to employees to ensure a smooth and organized onboarding process Compliance & Monitoring: - Serve as an Alcohol Compliance Officer during events - Monitor alcohol sales and service to ensure adherence to company policies and local/state regulations - Identify, address, and esca...
