Overview The Server provides exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. This role ensures a positive dining experience by addressing customer needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and collaborating with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery. The Server provides exemplary service consistent with the Castle Group's values and mission. As a representative of Castle Royal Service, he or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Greet residents promptly, make menu recommendations, repeat back orders for accuracy, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, present check, collect funds for payment and make change quickly. - Follows local, state and federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership. - Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-in coolers and all storage areas. - Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the onsite F&B leadership. - Hand wash and/or use of industrial dishwashers for glassware and other barware items. - Always follow sanitation po...
