Description Immediate Opening for Cabinet Finisher!: The Finishers’ role within Tharp is driven and managed by a true quality metric. You will be exposed to multiple areas within the finishing department and develop a diverse skill set that will facilitate quality on time deliverable to your internal and Tharp’s external customers. Wage range: $17 - $22/hr: Duties/Responsibilities: Equipment: Spray gun, pump systems, pressure pots and mil gauge. Anything else as may be required; **Proper training is required prior to use. - Specific functions as directed by the supervisor to facilitate training and effective output. - Engage with Team and Technical Advisors to insure Safe and correct methods are used to facilitate requested output. - Maintain a safe and quality based effort for any products that are processed. - Develop skills and proficiency at assigned tasks. - Clean up work area each day in accordance with plant safety and house cleaning standards. - Process work in a timely, quality focused manner. - Display a basic understanding of the information contained in the Tharp cut sheets and prints - Attention to detail - Display a baseline of understanding of the Tharp Quality requi...
