In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that equip staff with the knowledge and skills they need to work efficiently and confidently with our systems and tools. As technology evolves, you will play a critical role in ensuring our people can leverage new features and capabilities to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service. The Role: As IT Trainer, you will: - Conduct training needs analyses to understand the requirements of different teams and projects - Design and deliver training in multiple formats, including classroom sessions, one-to-one coaching, and online learning - Develop comprehensive training curriculums, materials, and resources, such as user guides, FAQs, Wiki pages, and video tutorials - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content to ensure continuous improvement - Keep up to date with the latest technology features and updates, ensuring training materials...
