Job Details The Program Manager is responsible for the end to end operational execution of the Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) portfolio of programs and initiatives. This is a delivery focused role that ensures disciplined, consistent, and high quality execution across a complex stakeholder environment. The Program Manager translates strategic priorities into actionable project plans and, in partnership with program sponsors and leaders, plans, resources, implements, and evaluates programs that advance L&OD's key objectives. The role also provides portfolio level oversight, advising on scope, financials, metrics, interdependencies, and change impacts to enable informed decision making and successful outcomes.
