Payroll Technician The Planning and Finance Division is hiring an experienced Payroll Technician to join the accounting team. In this job, you will provide accounting and payroll processing support for Colorado Springs Utilities. You can work on a team, rotating various payroll tasks, processing bi-weekly payroll for all utility employees.
