Job Description: We are looking for an Engineering Director to join our team. This role is responsible for driving development of end-to-end CRM (Customer Relationship Management) products that allow our global teams to operate and serve our clients as One Newmark. This role will report to Head of Engineering and will be responsible for leading global engineering team spanning several functions from Developers/Engineers, QA Engineers, Performance Engineers, to DevOps including Release Management resources. Roles and Responsibilities: Engineering and Execution: - This individual will provide technical direction and guidance to the teams during various aspects of the product development process including planning and project managing across engineering sprints. - In partnership with Product Managers and Design teams, own and deliver against product roadmap. - Track key success metrics to drive adoption, usage, and improvements. - Develop and execute leading edge technology roadmap which leverages key metrics to support both new and existing products. - Strong proponent and advocate for best-in-class CI/CD process. - Stakeholder Management - Develop and deliver scalable solutions to c...
