Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a passion for uncovering insights, improving processes, and telling stories through data. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that will guide our business strategy and drive operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, develop insightful analyses, and create compelling data visualizations. This position is fully on-site M-F in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years relevant experience, or 3+ years with PhD. A degree in one of the following fields of study is highly desired: Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
