Civil Science is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Works Division Manager to lead and grow our Idaho Public Works team. We’re looking for a licensed engineer who is excited about what they do — someone who enjoys mentoring teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality municipal infrastructure projects that make a meaningful impact in our communities. This is not a ground-up startup effort — you’ll be stepping into a well-established practice with trusted municipal clients, a defined strategic direction, and a strong team.
