Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Polish)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, tech-adjacent role, or IT consulting, assisting with technical implementations, project coordination, or customer success. - Experience (including internships or academic projects) in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies. - Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Business field, or equivalent practical experience. - Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer). - Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, channel partners, or external stakeholders to solve problems and deliver projects. - Familiarity with cloud concepts, with an eagerness to learn about application or workload migration to public cloud providers. - Understanding of one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, or clou...
