Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas - North Las Vegas, NV 89030Position Type: Full TimeWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING The position oversees and participates in the manufacturing of products as determined by production schedules, forecasts, and work orders. This position will oversee the 2nd shift crew . Reporting to: Plant Manager: A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Engaging in interactive communication. Leading the activities of employees; providing assistance to workers engaged in production activities; troubleshooting worker and production problems and recommending solutions. Training workers in production methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies. Monitoring comprehension and re-training as necessary. Participating in and overseeing the production process from beginning to end while ensuring product quality. Supervising employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, motivating, evaluating, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
