Under the direction of the Newsracks/Defacement/Encroachment Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Assign daily work to the unit support and inspection staff; review, track and maintain all Defacements/ATM/Encroachments and Newsrack complaints via the 311 Dynamics system and ARTS System; research information for agency correspondence; reviews all summonses for completeness and accuracy, bringing all discrepancies to the attention of the Unit Coordinator; process all summonses issued to property owner or businesses that v...
