Description The Paint Color Matcher and Mixer for Specialty Coatings is responsible for accurately creating and adjusting color formulations for various coatings, ensuring consistency, quality, and durability. This role requires blending pigments, resins, and other materials to develop custom colors for specialized coatings used in industrial, automotive, architectural, or other specialized applications. The position involves working closely with production teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure the desired color and performance specifications are met.
