We are looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to join Kaiser Aluminum in Newark Ohio! The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible to lead and manage the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work through the Maintenance Coordinators (Shift Managers) and Hourly Employees. Maintenance work that consists of emergency breakdowns, corrective work, and Preventative Maintenance through our CMMS system along with our Maintenance Process. What you will work on: - Ensure the safety of all maintenance employees; lead a comprehensive safety program to prevent injuries. Aggressively investigate safety incidents and complete corrective actions. - Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.). - Lead and manage the day to day execution of planned and emergency maintenance work in a 24/7 operation through the management of the Maintenance Shift Supervisors and hourly maintenance empl...
