Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead the Corporate FP&A function. This position will partner with the Program Finance and Accounting teams to manage all internal, external, and ad hoc reporting, company-wide financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities, and manage and improve overall financial operations. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a small and growing team at the corporate FP&A level, driving a culture of thorough, accurate, value-add analysis and understanding of financial performance - Coordinate preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders at the consolidated, segment, and business unit levels - Lead and manage annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecasting activities - Create forward-looking financial projections across the three financial statements - Lead and manage indirect cost pools and service centers, cost allocations, cost controls, and rate management activities - Coordinate with Business Unit Finance Directors on all financial operation activities, in...
