Job Title : Site Shift Engineer Location : Andover, Hampshire: Hours of Work : 3 Rotating Shift Pattern, Monday - Friday covering Early, Lates and Nights Contracted Hours : 37.5hrs per week Salary : £53,794 per annum: As our next Site Shift Engineer you will provide engineering support across all site processes to ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will optimise the use of available resources to meet the operational needs of the Engineering department. The successful candidate will: - Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems, producing accurate daily reports. - Complete all monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities on schedule. - Manage day‑to‑day engineering issues within the packing process to ensure smooth operations. - Carry out and oversee all required Daily Inspections. - Provide effective engineering input into ongoing and future project work. - Support general site maintenance activities as required. - Report production downtime promptly to the Engineering Manager. - Assist in maintaining system backups and uphold high standards of housekeeping; keep all records up to date. - Ensure compliance with co...
