Position Highlights: SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC utilizes the nursing process to provide direct, professional nursing care for the LTC resident according to established standards, policies, procedures, licensure, and scope of practice. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - A minimum of two years of nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred. CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS: - Current LPN license in the State of Iowa. - Must obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire date. - State of Iowa approved child/dependent adult abuse mandatory reporter training within 6 months of hire.
