Position Summary: The Production Supervisor I leads daily operations within the Assemble to Order (ATO) department, driving a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for developing team members, optimizing productivity, and ensuring customer quality standards are consistently met. The Supervisor collaborates closely with multi-shift leadership to ensure seamless communication, operational alignment, and execution of production goals.
