Purpose of Job: The primary purpose of the Total Wealth Planning Associate is to provide financial planning support to the Senior Total Wealth Planners in Edmonton market. Major Accountabilities: 1. Prepare financial plans for Senior Total Wealth Planners (STWP) in local market for HNW clients with $2+ million in investable assets Input client data gathered by the STWP during the discovery meeting, ensure the plan is completed 5 days before a client meeting for all stakeholders to review; Work collaboratively with the STWP to create a preliminary financial plan that addresses the clients immediate and future goals and objectives that will be shared with the Team of Specialists (ToS) for their review and input; Finalize the plan for the STWP in preparation for client presentation; Provide appropriate documentation – Action Plan which outlines recommendations and Next Steps to the Team Manager; Attend weekly meetings with ToSs and advisors to review client files members ; Assist the Team Wealth Manager with referral implementation; as required; Update plans af...
