Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. - 10 years of experience in energy projects or infrastructure project financial analytics and financial structuring and analysis. - 10 years of experience in financial analysis for energy transactions, including project financial modeling across various energy agreement types from utility supply to PPAs etc. - Experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: Experience with agreement negotiations and drafting in the infrastructure field (e.g., power generation or power infrastructure).
