As part of the Box Office & Concessions Staff, you’ll be the face of our theatre—helping guests purchase tickets, answering event questions, and serving concessions. This role is all about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every patron who walks through our doors. Summary of Responsibilities: Assist patrons with ticket sales, will-call pickup, and seating inquiries Process transactions accurately by phone, online, and in person Provide up-to-date event, pricing, and seating information Operate concessions, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Monitor inventory and restock concession supplies as needed Troubleshoot ticketing issues and support improvements Maintain confidentiality and uphold Park District policies Deliver outstanding customer service at all times Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age.
