The Opportuni ty: The Corporate Counsel will be involved in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of contracts—including vendor and commercial agreements, service contracts, and NDAs—and advising internal clients on contract interpretation and legal risk. The attorney will also lead negotiations and provide legal counsel on strategic partnerships, network membership, and corporate investment. The attorney will support Product teams with legal guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
