Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are looking for Customer Care Agents to join a well-respected and successful client at Birmingham International Airport. All necessary training will be fully paid and provided by sector experts including support in obtaining relevant background checks. Start Dates Confirmed For: - 18th May 2026 - 1st June 2026 What's on offer: - Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour - Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational roster) - Shift times : 03:00am to 08:00am - You must be flexible with your working hours. - You can book overtime up via our Elevate App. - Shift lengths: 5 hours - Weekly Pay Key Duties: - Being professional, polite and courteous at all times. - Escorting arriving and departing passengers with reduced mobility (along with accompanying family as necessary) through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy/caddy as depicted by their categorisation. - Providing assistance with the passenger luggage. - Completing the Daily Equipment Check Sheet, to maintain the operational reliability of the equipment, reporting where...
