Waste Masters is hiring a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting , relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry. What You’ll Do: - Generate new business through prospecting , cold calling , and in-person visits - Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline - Conduct site evaluations and present tailored waste and recycling solutions - Negotiate and close service agreements - Partner with operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account data in Salesforce What It Takes to Succeed: This role rewards individuals who are proactive, competitive, and motivated by performance. - Comfort with prospecting and outbound activity - Strong ownership of pipeline and results - Consistency, discipline, and follow-through - Ability to manage time and territory independently What We’re Looking For: - Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred) - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-m...
