The CSA Lead will oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of a major Data Centre project, ensuring successful delivery from design through to handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Requirements: - Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion. - Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance. - Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset. - Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme. - Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining cl...
